Our registered office is 12 Station Road, Watford WD17 1EG, UK.

Unless you have indicated to us that sharing your personal information with the charity for their marketing communications is not something you want us to do, you will not receive a prompt to ask for your consent to share your personal information with them. Simple Wasiyat has an agreement with the charity whereby we give them your contact information so they can reach out to you directly (unless you have suggested that we not share your personal information for this purpose).

 We will share some basic information relating to you (name, address, date of birth and contact information) to allow our charity partners to assess and improve their legacy campaigns.

In order to track and attribute referrals and campaigns from our commercial partners: Where you have been referred by one of our commercial partners, we will share some basic information relating to you with our commercial partners to track referrals. We will be using this information in addition to your communication preferences, and if you have not consented, it will not be used for marketing purposes.

Referrals and campaigns from commercial partners can be used to determine responsibility.

The information which cannot be used to identify a living individual is anonymised data. Analyses of anonymised data can be helpful for understanding trends. The personal information you provide to us will be anonymous so it can be used for press publications (e.g., to show the age range of our clients or areas in which we provide a high volume of services) and to help our charitable partners raise money through gifts in wills by assisting them with the evaluation of their marketing campaigns. In the event we sell our business: We will transfer your personal data to a third party: In the event that Simple Wasiyat or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case the personal data held by Simle Wasiyat about its clients  will be transferred to the new owner (according to all applicable data protection laws); or when Siple Wasiyat or substantially all of its assets are sold or merged with another company, in which case you will be informed that your personal data will be shared with the prospective seller or buyer of Simple Wasiyat.

        

In every case, the legal basis on which we process your personal data in these circumstances is our legitimate interest to ensure our business can be carried on by a purchaser. Our buyer may not be able to provide you with services if you object to us using your personal data in this way.
